I wanted to wholeheartedly thank Curlfession for immediately addressing my concerns as a customer. There was a slight issue with the delivery of the items purchased, however, the package was at the mercy of USPS, not Curlfession. Once I expressed my concern, Curlfession immediately responded and reshipped my order via UPS. I was so impressed with how quickly they reacted and their clear demonstration their customers are first. Premier customer service provided; very much appreciated!!!!

Hello Elizabeth, we are very sorry you did not get your package. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the Post Office has control of where it goes, we can't change that sadly. What we can do is make sure we correct the issue. We can replace it or refund it immediately. Please let us know which you would like..

The products smell great, plus they do a great job. The only issue is it’s a little hard to scrunch the left side of your hair.

Thank you so much for your review! Yes, I agree it takes a bit to get the hang of scrunching the left side since the glove is right handed. If you haven't done so already, flip your hair down and try scrunching that way. Hope that helps and thank you again, honest opinions help us become better. xoxo
